She replied that she called the cops and they forced the driver to return the change. She said that was punishment enough, but I believe in protecting the public!
"My sons girlfriend took New Harbor cab to the city and back. The fair was $22.00. She only had a $20 and $10, $30.00. The guy didn't have change and wanted to charge her $2.00 to stop at a store to get change, which would have been part of his tip. He got all the change instead as a tip. When I called to complain, I was told he was correct, it was a $2.00 charge to stop for change, and they are not responsible to have change on them. You are expected to have the correct change. I will NEVER use New Harbor again."
These bum ass cab drivers, I literally found a crack pipe on the seat I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy to ride neeed

When I saw her post, I suggested posting her story on every review site, and gave her the google link to them.
This company was bought out by city line and I had to use them for 9 months BC I was spending money on sedans it took me that long to save money, anyways the dispatchers are the rudest ppl I've ever had the misfortune of talking too. The cars are filthy, have cigarette butts from 1999 on the floor and smell like a dumpster that's sat in the sun all day in a heat wave!!! Oh and best part, the drivers are high on God only knows and u never know if they're gonna just nod out at the red light or actually over dose! One actually did od and die on the way to get me, ohhh what a freaking delight that was to hear! So unfortunately this company has Brooklyn and most of Glen Burnie on lock so u either pay extra for cab or get Uber whick is what I did today BC I will NEVER spend one red cent I have on a sedan from city line, or now new harbor! And if u have an option plz save ur self the head ache and get Uber. It's faster,. Cleaner, nicer and even better cheaper!
Waited over two hours for a sedan when the sedan showed up he was racists and asked me to pay as soon as I got in the vehicle was confused on why he put me out his cab called me several black bitches and now they deny me service I'm seeing this company I had a family emergency that night
